I am sure I am going to sound like a total noob asking this, but are they really all just cracked accounts from using Sentry MBA and Configs? Plus of course combo lists and proxies...

Not really. Lol, to be honest with you most accounts that are premium (right now) are being made through exploits such as free trial exploits / .edu emails getting a high rated discount etc.

Netflix accounts, Hulu accounts, any major accounts that are from a strong website are usually cracked though.
