About my PayPal Account.

Recently my Paypal got limited with negative balance, So far only 2 users were effected by this issue.

Full story.

We have a deal for $550 his paypal for my $500 bucks worth of bitcoins.

User sent me payment of $550 as a service but it goes on under review.

So, I've settled $340 and told him to wait for $140 bucks once it will gets clear.

Meanwhile my account got limited because I've received -$1800 bank reversals (Chargeback)

So, I told him to open dispute on paypal and take your money back. Once he will get money send it to different email.
I will compensate you with $50-100

Current status :-
User got the money back from dispute $550 also have my $340 bucks bitcoins.

He is ignoring my pm's and skype messages also making excuses that paypal haven't refunded his the money yet lol. He is fuckin lier.

UPDATE ON DISPUTE
He is saying paypal debited -$550 x 2 times from his account,
In my whole exchange journey of 4+ years never seen this thing.

This user is 100% scamming and big lier.
