I usually never go first or use a MM, but hey, 66 positive contracts should mean something...
I was never scammed on Currency exchange HackForums before so I didn't really think it's possible to get scammed by someone with that much contracts. He had scam reports in the past and I didn't look at them before doing the deal so it's basically my fault.

Offtopic, is it possible to get the PayPal refunded? (used PayPal balance) + my account is a business account

I filed 2 claims with PayPal and both were denied (called them like 6 times so far). I filled this as an unauthorized transaction and did the story as my computer got infected RAT/Virus or etc and the money was not sent by me. As I said they denied 2 claims from me and said it was authorized. I called them again and finally got a decent support agent which said the past supports didn't do anything and she started a private investigation (as in she said she will check the transaction herself and will investigate the scammers account also with many factors) and she said that she will call me back on friday or monday herself (when I said none of the supports called me she said that means that they did not do anything).

I'll be waiting for the call friday/monday and see what's going on. If that doesn't work do I just keep calling them to open up claims or change the story? (As I heard that it's possible to make it via support that the receiver of the money has to provide proof that he shipped something for that money.

+ I also repeated countless times to the suppor that my account is a business one (business type PayPal) and his is Unverified.
Dispute is definitely legit. You should have checked his trust scan, he's scammed more users as well..

I already said in the original post that I should have checked it so it's kind of my fault for being lazy/stupid. Before the deal I checked this guys threads, he had an official group and a testimonial post.

Everybody makes mistakes, hopefully PayPal will return the funds to you. Yeah it's insane what amount people scam for.
Yeah I do not know what's the best method but I've seen people calling them and pretending they never did that transaction. Or they bought someshit but the user never provided the said item, anyway you should win if that scumbag doesn't appeal/respond to your pp dispute.

They started a case outside PayPal, it doesn't even say on PayPal that a case is opened.
Damn, it sucks mate... I'm sorry for you, really.
Fucking scammers...
I have experienced the same situation. Unfortunately I did not get my money back. Money is likely already gone. I hope you get it back tho. Looks like a legit scam report.

It was a blast being on staff. I stepped down as it's time for me to move on. I wish you all the best and if you were hit by my warnings and/or bans, it was nothing personal.

Peace out!
