Metal Thread

It's been awhile since I shatpost in this shitty ass music section. Time to post some fucking metal, kicking it off with the legendary MELVINS.

What's your opinon in brutal death metal / metalcore without shitty clean vocals? 🤝

I dig myself some brutal death sometimes, even though I like death doom and blackened death a lot more. But pretty much all metalcore If find to be trash IMO. When it comes to pure death metal, this is the shit I dig.
I see you're a man of culture as well.

My roomate love those dudes but that whole proggy djenty shit I could never get into myself. Nothing against them though. I mean if it's technical shit I prefer shit like Gorguts but overall I like my metal to be just a chaotic mess.

Now shit like this, this is my shit.

But man, when it comes to black metal, nothing scratches the itch like some Paysage d'Hiver. A personal favorite band of mine, if you live in the north I STRONGLY suggest you listen to this guy in a snow storm. Listening to this shit while driving home from work late at night on those deep MN winters is fucking magical.
This shit is majestic. Me and my girl often listens to this while cleaning the apartment. Nothing's better than swinging the vacuum cleaner to some death metal \m/

Hehe ya'll want some metal I'll give you some metal ;)

This retard posts djent shit on a metal thread.

Moved a bit away from their more metal sound, but still the greatest band of this generation.

Ye this is recent, I remember looking into them, they sound more alt rock to me though than metal. Still a nice song though.

Please listen to the whole song before judging. At around 3 minutes, there is the most emotional solo I've heard in awhile.

Some Mors.

Andy Gillion shreds so heavy.

Agreed, although Peace Sells was an ok album too, but this album is the one that solidified themselves. This is my fav off the album, Marty Friedman's solo is kickass! This is also a fun song to play on the guitar albeit the main riff is hard af to play since there's a lot of hammer-offs.

I was on Phil Anselmo concert in 2014, he's bad fuckin' ass 😎
I waited for him like 2 hours to get autograph on my ticket, he threw the bananas out of the window xD
Also I have pics with some big stars like Marty Friedman from Megadeth, Angus Young, whole Saxon and many more 🤭
