I know it is like comparing apples and bananas but which one is better for someone who has a small budget of $150 monthly to use on paid advertising?

Rn i am on FB ads and i am split testing my $5 daily ad (1), after 24h i got only 1 lead with around 200 impressions which could be better, that's why i test. 

But i still feel like i can get faster results promoting simple email submit or CPA offers...

FB ads have never worked for me. I've had very few campaigns yield good results. It's all about how you target your ads.

I'd go with Bing ads. I've used them once and I wasn't a big fan though.

If 1lead here is a sale then you are doing very good if 1lead neans a visit then just drop it
