Turns out my Rounded Corners app magically enabled that feature on its own, so that was the culprit.

How the fuck do i disable this shit? Started happening shortly after I upgraded to Oreo, no clue what triggers it other than notifications (like when taking a screenshot) I guess
Sometimes it's red too and appears randomly while using my webbrowser and stuff like that

The only solution I had found for a similar issue had to do with "strict mode" and dev settings but both are turned off and it's still happening
