Long story short... I was offered 20k IE hits worth of traffic for $100.
A couple of days went by and all I got was excuses.
Then he offered me 40k IE hits off his own EK to which I agreed.
Days went past and still nothing - I asked for a refund and get ignored.

I have been more than patient and tried to be as understanding as possible - If you cannot provide a service,  don't take money and never deliver it.

Not saying the accused user is legit, but you should post the chat logs / payment proof (redact the URL or any other sensitive/irrelevant info as you may feel fit)

Closing dispute - I am too old to deal with crap like this. Already wasted hundreds of dollars on a EK (go ask rig_exploit_pack) if you want evidence. Good luck to all users. @Omni - You can close this, I'm over it.
