I got scammed by this User named Nisam (UID 3739627) -> Profile LINK

STORY:

(proofs next explanation)

After seeing his thread here on HF, i contacted him to buy some load.
I dealed to buy 1000 load for 100$.
I payed via BTC ( 100$ so 0.00767btc when BTC was at 13037$ -> now valued 133$).

Transaction required a day, so we had to wait till confirmation. After transaction was completed i managed to send him my stub.
Initially he said that my transaction was not confirmed (he was watching wrong transaction, mine had 157confirmation at the moment), then he realized his error and started filling my order.

I saw that hits on stub-link was stuck at 68 so i contacted him to know what was going on. (68 hit on link and abount 20 installs)
He told me that was a problem of my stub so i provided him another stub-link to propagate.

Next day i saw that hits on new stub-link was stuck at 127 (i did receive about 60/70 installs, but dont care about the conversion rate).

I noticed him and he told me that i got what i payed for!

He was thinking i payed just 20$ (he had my transaction link from days before, lol) and to let me happy he was giving me another 200load (to shut my mouth and let me give vouch on his thread).

After explaining (for the second time) i payed for 1000load instead of 200, he finally understood he was wrong and told me he was senting new link (third stub-link i had to give him) to send my 1000load plus some extra to sorry for the delay.

From that day, he never answered to me asking why i was not receiving my load.
I'm waiting his answer since 3 days. -> I payed him 6days ago.

I just deleted my info, no messages where deleted.

xmpp log, hit on links, transaction id.

my conversation with u on xmpp is still open, i can also record a video where i download and attach here full log without hiding my info

The user, blackhawk on jabber aka blackout_01, forgot to disable his OTR so i could read his messages.
He even admitted to be able to receive my messages, he opens a scam report cause he is too stupid to know how to use OTR plugin.
