Can I get banned for leaving my cannon somewhere and just autoclicking it?  Would this be considered botting?

Anything you don't do yourself - such as autoclicking - is considered botting.

Is there any way to detect it? Would I be safe doing it if I was at my PC?

It will always be a risk, that being said people have managed it before.

There is risk involved but I would say it's pretty small depending on how long you plan on staying logged in for and how many levels you plan on doing it for.

It's considered botting, doing anything that isn't fully 'you' is bannable.
Please visit the Help Section for any questions about the forums and to possibly better yourself and others in the process.
