Account Creation
The most important thing that people overlook has an Aged Instagram, well this is if you want fast growth. This will help you get around limits such as follow bans and shadowbans. So what do we need? Well, we need an Aged PVA Instagram account, it is not required but is heavily recommended by anyone. You can easily pick up aged PVA accounts on HF (Make sure 6months +)
Niche Selection
We then have to choose a niche, its good to use easy niches however you have to sure that it Entertains you otherwise you will not succeed as boredom will get the better of you.

Some Niches are (Memes, Quotes, Food, Comedy, Luxury, Horror, Weed). These are all easy to grow, I suggest looking for a unique niche, it will be harder, but in the long run, it'll pay off much much better.
Content Organisation
Before we go any further, we have already got our niche, but we don't have content. Throughout this ill use Memes as my examples. What you want to do is find accounts in the same niche as you and question to yourself if you're able to maintain the standard of posts.

Your avatar is the key part of succeeding. This is one of the first things people will see; this can affect your growth massively. You need to make your account attractive to people; if you have a bad profile photo, people will think you're a bot. A good example of a good photo is using, for example, Kylie Jenner, its simply just click bate this will attract males to your page and will get you more clicks, and then your content is what'll make them stay.

This is almost just as important as your content. Most people on Instagram hate shoutouts so putting "No shoutouts" in your bio could increase followers by 3-5% From clicks, every little help, another thing is something funny such as "Follow if read you this wrong" as most peoples brains will automatically correct this and they most likely will follow you from this.

Preparing your Tags
Tags are a very important growth tool, whether you decide to go with popular tags or smaller ones that's your choice, a good place to get tags related to your niche is http://tagsforlikes.com/. Now we have to start to find content to post. Well, you could either make your own or just steal some, that's normally how Instagram goes. If your niche is the comedy, you want to find something funny, if yours is nature you want scenery etc. This is super super simple to do, all you have to do is find an Instagram page in your niche then scroll as far down as you can in your browser, then right-click and save the site offline use, what this will do is download their page as far as you've scrolled down and put all their images in a folder, or you can use a third party tool if that will help you.

Below is a good example of a good post caption, you want to add engagement by getting the viewers to do something such as tagging people or commenting something specific, you also want to try to get them to engage in DM's this will build a good follower base that is loyal to you.

Posting
If you want to post to your Instagram or schedule posts from your PC there is a program called Gramblr
All you have to do is sign up, upload your image set the time and the account and it'll post as long as the tool is running in the background, its best to separate posts by 3 hours at least to stop spam. You can put your captions in this tool too.
Comment Engagement
Make sure to always reply to comments and engage with them in conversations, as I previously said we want to make the users comment on our page a good way to do this is to put in your caption things like "Comment your name letter by letter without being interrupted" The more comments the more engagement the higher you rank on your tags.
Automation
There are many automation tools out there i won't go into to much detail, but these will gain you 100-200 followers a day simply by engaging with the community, there used to be a tool called ingress but that is gone. There are many paid tools our there or you could use free ones such as
Or you can buy a build of a bot for $10 Lifetime from me etc, just check our marketplaces or look into making your own using Imacros.
Growth Methods
The first method is a simple method and its time consuming but it can pay off, in 3 hours you can be gaining 200+ a day, if you are a new account start following 30 celebrities with a big following, start of with like Kylie Jenner then follow 29 from the recommended to follow, wait about 10 minutes after following then unfollow and wait another 10 mins before repeating you will see you gain 10-15 followers each time you do this, dont do it too often as you may be follower blocked.
The second method is once you have got 100-200 followers the first way what you will want to do is self promotion, follow big pages that do shoutouts, everyone hates those then comment things like "I never shout out" "No one ever follows me and i never shout out" but only do it when the big pages post has only been up for less than 5 mins or youll be buried within the comments and you wouldve wasted time, you can pull 600 followers a day if youre good at this. Use some emojis to make it eye catchy.
Telegram Groups are another method, these are Like4Like and Comment4Comment, i personally do not do this but you can if you want likes from similar stat accounts, but in my opinion unless you're big dont bother.

This being self explanitory, you come to agreements with a same statistical page and ask for shout out for shout out, what you do is make a post adveristing them and theyll do the same. I dont recommend this unless you're a massive page.
