I'm like REALLY broke, I'm tryna find a way that I can earn or gain money and people recommended me to either invest or mine bitcoin/litecoin.

How does one mine?

In order to mine effectively you need to invest a large amount of money. Bitcoin and Litecoin require ASIC Miners, that cost thousands of dollars, so they aren't a good idea.



If you have a decent graphics card and a cpu, you can mine miscellaneous altcoins for maybe $4 a day on your computer.  That won't pay the bills, but it's something at least.

You can mine with your Graphics Card, CPU or Cloud Mine. You can also invest directly into Bitcoin and invest into Alt coins to try make profit.

This is not a way to gain money fast. I would suggest using Graphics Cards as you can resell the Graphics Cards if it goes to shit. CPU's aren't that profitable but can still be used. Cloud Mining is a bad idea unless you have ALOT to invest and can wait some time for a return. Investing directly though if the price on BTC drops you lose that money. Same with the Graphics Card in the early stage but IMO it is just a little safer.

With a $1000 Graphics Card you will net about $8 Per day. That is including paying for electricity.

All depends when you need money, how much you need, how much you can invest and if you want to risk it. Sounds like you need it urgently.
