Hello,
My paypal was recently limited as I was using it in a different country as I was on vacation, This was no issue for me as I submitted the documents they needed within the same week, however since then they have just said that the documents are "on review" and its been over 2 months, I have tried contacting them several times via email and only get a botted reply, I would like to know if anyone here has faced anything similar as I have heard peoples accounts have been limited for years, what can I do to solve this as I need those funds ASAP.

Why don't you call them? Its 10 times easier if you call them rather than waiting for their emails.

I usually call them when I got limited and they solved it instantly and unlimited me.

Call them and ask for a limitation specialist to call you, ask for the appeals limitation email also helps.

I waited 2 weeks and didn't get a verification unless I called them, I suppose they intentionally do this so you call them 🤝

Yeah, this happened to me too. I guess OP didn't read the entire email he got.

Should be able to call them up and ask whats taking so long, I submitted my documents and within 24 hours my account was unlimited.

It will take longer if its been passed over to paypals fraud team for review for whatever reason, but do as others have stated and call them, 2 mins on the phone and it maybe resolved.
