• ECC, or previously known as E-CurrencyCoin is a up and coming coin with features and ideas much like Siacoin (SC) it is believed that ECC is likely to be first to launch services focusing on data storage, and file sharing.
  
• It has one lead developer, who has been inspired by ETH to voluntarily has taken on the project. 
  
• ECC has a working wallet, and functions through PoS but the only rewards are the coins destroyed from transaction fees.
  
• The immediate focus of ECC is getting file storage working by creating the base so they can potentially add a 2nd dynamic of using the internet in a safer, more anonymous way. 
  
• ECC is decentralized, with no company backing and no ICO. Their website is being redesigned and is set to release at the end of January, and the marketing will begin. It is only traded on coinexchange.io, although ECC could be added to more exchanges very soon.

Exactly what is going to happen, but then there is also potential after the fact. I'd rather stock up for cheap and sell off portions to ensure ROI
