I asked before for help to find out a solution of this question : How can i show the change icon dialog box, with a vbscript or a command line ?
Finally, i got a workaround with HTA to display and choose an icon to be changed for the default folder.
I want to thank the member HFDone for his help and how he directs me in the right direction to achieve this project 👍

i guess this is the easy way to do it since you dont need to download all of the icons
it can be done with powershell which will short the code but i dont think its needed when you can do it without

For me it works great on Windows 10
Just try to refresh your explorer by killing and re-run it again  ✌
