Seems legit, he has various other scam reports so it honestly isn't surprising.

Good luck having this resolved.

Thanks, the problem is that he continue to scam people randomly in this forum and also in other forums and people don't know this becouse of his profile and reputation if they don't search on forum for Bandors scam.

The real issue lies with staff not getting involved in stuff like this, not members ignorance.. (it would deffo help)

Sorry for your loss OP. I wouldn't be expecting anything more coming out of this.

I think Omniscient would disagree with that statement - users should understand the risks they take doing deals online and take precautions to prevent it, such as a middleman. Staff have stated before they users deal at their own risk and should do some research (like viewing a users reputation) before dealing.

Sorry this happened to you OP, be more careful in who you deal with in the future.
I genuinely don't care.

Agreed that members should watch out for themselves. That goes for any sort of online deal without question including here on HF. 'HF does not get involved nor does it take any responsibility for deals made on-site'.

I mean sure.. This is what everyone agreed too but is it not the admins job to protect its members from malicious intent? We can't expect every members hand to be held by staff (there are too many of them) that much is true. But when well known members (with high reputation - (trust factor)) have deal disputes/community alerts made against them multiple times is it really only the members fault at that point? Yes.. A CA/DD can always be faked by an angry member dealing serious damage to the member in question but this would get figured out by HF members in little time. It's not an easy topic to tackle and I can understand why staff (or just Omni) would rather not deal with it but these are people being scammed out of well earned money by members that have been given awards by the administrator himself.

I mean I know this is an arguement I will never win, I could even get banned for even speaking about it.. But it's just a real shame to see how much people get away with when action could have been taken long ago.

You have no idea how many of these go unreported lol
I don't understand why people continue to work with this mongoloid.
Staffs are very busy, don't worry you have my permission to post :)

i) Staff dont get involved in Deal Disputes
ii) Deal at your own risk. You should've looked up Bandors and similar scam reports and concluded yourself
iii) Posting private information of any user even a scammer is not allowed.
