So, I was just scammed by a user who goes by the name "Peytronz" here on HackForums and by the Discord tag xxx#6048.

He sent me a private message and added me on Discord. His reputation here is also not in the negative zone and he has a few ratings, so I assumed he's a trusted member here. He wanted an upfront payment in BTC, explained to me how to transfer real currency into BTCs and the service progress somewhat, etc. The process didn't work though, so he told me that he would accept four CS:GO codes from a website called G2A, because I was able to pay with PayPal there.

I end up sending the codes of course and afterwards he goes offline instantly. I knew something was wrong then and after trying to message him afterwards I see that I am unable to send any messages. He also added me to his ignore list here and gave me a negative rating, so I can't post with my main account anymore. I deleted the codes afterwards, so that's why they're missing from the conversation now.

I'm trying to be genuine here and even paid for this service, even though I'm barely getting by and just want access to one single e-mail. How hard is it getting any real help here, without people scamming you or wanting nudes and that kind of crap...

Go on g2a live support say the codes dont work they gonna ask for proof so try redeem them and it will already say redeemed send them the screenshots get your money back.

I feel bad because I knew about this and let it happen. I was going to make a community warning stating the account has been inactive since 11-16-2016 and never used the marketplace(only posted in anime sections, shown no interest in purchasing/selling or even playing counter-strike and coding cheats) until yesterday.

Sorry you were scammed. Even more sorry that I was aware and did not make a warning.
