The MMR on brand new accounts calculated by OP.GG are most likely not very accurate. I've seen accounts getting placed in Gold 1 which had a Silver 2 MMR on op.gg.

But seeing your teammates ranks... I'm not sure what's going on.

MMR somewhat stays with the account and has to be built up just like your elo. When the season ends you will keep your MMR which is why you usually land 1 lower than last season (I was plat so this season i start in gold even though I had 9 wins etc).
