I have made a mistake not knowing that posting discord usernames are not allowed so I got a warning, now it is at 25%. Is there a way to lose it or is it lifetime?

Wait a certain period of time. It doesn't decrease a percentage per week, rather, each offence has a period at the discretion of Staff I believe. You might break a rule and get 20% for one month or you might break another rule and get 50% for 6 months.

Warnings expire over time, check your user cp the see the exact expiration date.
