Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST) - Fix
Follow the instructions below to execute a fix on your system using FRST, and provide the log in your next reply. - Open Notepad and copy/paste the following into notepad:
Code createrestorepoint:
closeprocesses:
HKLM-x32\...\Run: [] => [X]
2018-03-05 23:21 - 2018-03-19 22:36 - 000065536 _____ C:\Windows\system32\spu_storage.bin
S0 EasyAntiCheatSys; no ImagePath
emptytemp:
- Save the file as fixlist.txt, and save it on your Desktop (or wherever your FRST.exe/FRST64.exe executable is located)
- Right-click on the FRST executable and select
Run as Administrator (for Windows Vista, 7, 8, 8.1 and 10 users)
- Click on the Fix button

- On completion, a message will come up saying that the fix has been completed and it'll open a log in Notepad
- Copy and paste its content into your next reply
I noticed you have alot of programs running all at one time. Are you running those on purpose or are they included in the startup?

Teamviewer, Discord, 3 Dropbox clients, 4 Spotify processes, 10 Chrome windows
All that running plus playing a game will cause series lag.

Check your startup proccesses in command prompt using the command: msconfig
Disable the ones you do not need when starting your computer.
Post a fresh FRST log for me.

You aren't showing any signs of malware. I just think your computer doesn't have the right specs to handle all of those processes at once. You have numerous things runnings still.

He should clear the startup process by hiding all default Microsoft and then un-checking all the non Microsoft process. this way it would work faster, Also try creating virtual ram, It works in some systems.

From a hardware standpoint a 1700 with 16GB ram and a 580, there shouldn’t be any issue running the game.
There is a software bug/issue or something running that is causing the problem.
I unfortunately am not a software expert so I don’t know where to start there.
Are the drives fragmented?
Are the drives from an old build?
Did you completely uninstall graphics drivers before installin the new drivers?
Is it a fresh OS?
Aside from that I don’t believe it to be a hardware problem.

this is definently not my system being not enough to run this game haha. my last build never did this.. They are not new hard drives, no. It is a new windows install, what do you mean by uninstalling old drivers. I downloaded windows then googled my mobo and gfx driver and cpus drivers and downloaded and ran them all.

That was if it was not a fresh install, if you used the OS from an old build.
Sounds like it’s not a driver issue.
Could be a bug with Epic or Fortnite...
