Hey,

In my brief time browsing the forum, I've seen quite an array of personalities.

There are threads ranging from legitimate health advice, to tutorials on how to
obtain and sell explicit photographs of women, to advice on the best way to
compromise a computer system - all publicly available.


From the community, do you perceive this platform as a positive influence, or a negative?

No doubt there are toxic and negative people on here. But from what I've seen, when someone has an actual problem, the members here will actually go out of their way to help. So I vote positive.

I believe what you've misunderstood what HackForums uses to its platform and that is just the reality of the internet. You can find just about an array of personalities and sets of characters on with any stranger over the internet. But ultimately in my experience and history with HF I would say this is a positive community.

HackForums is whatever you want it to be. There are people here that can help you, mentor you, and teach you. At the same time, there are people that will scam you, screw you over, and exploit you. You just have to know what you're looking for and go for it.
