Description:

I sent payment for the youtube channel and after the payment was sent he starting saying he was having internet issues. Then his mailbox filled up. 4 days later, his mailbox is working again and I still do not have the channel.

He has given so many excuses. He said he was having internet issues. So after a day of him not replying I opened a paypal dispute which he won:

Then he replied to threads saying I won the dispute and I think I am entitled to the money. Which he clearly lied about as I did not win this dispute.

After I showed proof he won the case, then he said I opened the claim to fast.. Which was 1 day later. So anyway the bottom line is he has my money and has not refunded it or given me the channel.

Did you open the dispute as unauthorised? That wasn't the best choice, there's absolutely no reason why you should've lost that if you went for virtual goods, many people get successful chargebacks on things they actually have purchased when selecting virtual goods, you could still contact Paypal regarding this case and tell them you selected the wrong reason possibly, but you've kind of made a mess of it now.

That's really bummy man :/ You did the right thing opening the case. Both virtual and unauthorized cases are tricky so it's not a given you would have one the other one either.

when dealing in hf have caution or use a middleman, since you cant trust anyone on hf.
