But, that's a long time, considering I'm getting ALOT of messages and I need to reply to all of them.

Can I bypass this restriction if I get e3pic or l33t upgrade?

I believe if you upgrade to l33t the time is drastically reduced when sending PM's, although it is not listed on the upgrades page I am 90% sure that upgrading does.
