How do I get rid of this? I've sent an invoice to someone who has just now paid me, and apparently the funds are on hold up to 21 days. Is there any way around this?

:( having the PayPal account verified, although if you return the payment and send it to you "as a friend or gift" you do not have to wait 21 days

If you got this payment via eBay, its usual for new accounts there to get payments on hold for 21 days.

If not, maybe the buyer get suspicious activity, too many claims or something similar.

Third option is if your Paypal isnt verified.
