I think having negative rep shouldn't affect your ability to post in the marketplace. Since the reputation changes it is essentially just a number and (even more) pointless now in regards to the marketplace. As someone collecting neg reps just for fun I don't think that should personally impact my ability to post marketplace threads. Also considering that buying rep is now allowed any negative member or a scammer who has gotten negs can just buy his way out of it.

Reputation is no longer an indicator of marketplace trust and as such the requirement to post in the Marketplace should be removed. You can't even see rep in the Marketplace.
