Best AV/Anti-Malware Free

I'm pretty sure I've got a virus which closes down a page randomly as it targets specific pages and will close down my browser everytime I try to open it.
I have tried
Malwarebytes
Avast
Norton AntiVirus is a great paid anti-virus. You could also get the paid version of Malwarebytes :)

You asked for a free anti-malware and honestly, I think even the free version of Malwarebytes is really good.

No problem, good luck with your scan results.

Yeh malware bytes usually works well but for some reason it can’t detect this virus that’s closing down certain pages, such as this one ironically ? having to write this on my phone
Common sense is a good one, malwarebytes is good too.
Can you hear my weed?

cuz it's loud
Malwarebytes is all I have used for the past 3 years or so and I've been fine...
Could you provide the particular web page you're trying to visit and the name and version of your browser? It's pretty common for scripts included on some webpages to cause many browsers to crash.

Facebook causes Chrome on Windows 7 to lock up for me sometimes. I don't have the same issue with Chromium on Debian 10.

If you think you have a virus, automated scans may not be your best option. Download something like Process Explorer and Autoruns and manually dig through registry entries and running processes for things that look out of the ordinary.
Did you tried with Adwcleaner or RogueKiller ?
