Giving reps for favor and asking for rep? |

Hi guys,
I've been away from HF for a long time, so seeing some changes here. I saw few users asking for rep and few users giving reps for favors like the one here: https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=5855177 Are these allowed? 
Yes. Re-read the reputation help doc as well as search recent threads on reputation in this forum.
Staff member 10th Jan 2017 - 30th May 2020.
