it generates a random string once you hover your mouse on it here is an example of Static Crypters one: Image

Since you essentially just a want a random string use this:
You can also program it without LINQ if you want

Fill in the amount of random characters you want and you're done. Whenever someone hovers you can just call this method =)

It's better if you make it yourself for learning purpose as well. If you have any problems regarding the grid I can help! Think about how you are going to design your UML diagram.

Questions like:
[*] In what format do I want the grid?
[*] Where do I put the grid logic
[*] How am I going to make this interactive

Maybe sketch an UML first with entities, functions, vars and relationships. It will make you understand the case.

It's work with GDI but if it isn't that necessary then don't. Just make a button saying "generate random" and it all good.
