Basically in short, I accidentally deleted some videos off my android phone, thank the lords an app managed to recover it, now the videos show that they're 0 seconds long, yet they have their usual file size (~5mb-300mb)

I tried loading it in VLC and Handbreak, but none of those work either.

Can anyone help me on repairing this, please? Obviously if the file sizes are that big they must have something.
