I have sent a very detailed application through the UserCP feature graciously provided by Omniscient.

I was surprised I didn’t get in last time. No point in reapplying if I wasn’t accepted last time, right? I put effort into my application and I wouldn’t have much more to add to it.

It wouldn't hurt to try again.

I figured I’d ask so I didn’t waste their time reading an application they’ve already seen. I’ll give it a shot.

My application for Remote Administration Tools Division

Username: Βusiness

Age: 22
Timezone: US Central

Past Contributions: Since my start on HF back in 2013, I have always set my focus on the Remote Administration Tools section. I have created some of the most visited help desks and tutorials to have ever hit that section. Over the years, I have remotely assisted over 1,000 users and resolved their issues. I was given the RAT Expert award for my efforts and knowledge. I plan to continue producing tutorials for the RAT section, and I have a few in the works right now. No one will represent your group better in this field.

Explain in detail your interest in this division: The RAT section has always been my HF home, so to speak. I get genuine enjoyment out of helping users of all skill levels in any way I can. This usually entails connecting to them remotely and spending time explaining their issues and fixing them by hand. I just purchased a thread design for my RAT Mentor service, so that will be available in the section soon. I think that it would be really fun to teach some of the group members about my field, especially users who have never studied it. I repeat, no one will represent your group better in this field.

Whats past experience do you have to offer?: I have been experimenting with Remote Administration Tools for over 6 years. I have tested well over 20 unique tools, which has given me a very well-rounded skill set. I am one of NINE members that have the RAT Expert award, so that has to speak to my ability to some extent. I would love to teach other group members about my field if they're interested in getting into it!

Are you Interested in learning or helping others to learn more: In the field I am applying for, I would be more interested in teaching than learning. However, I would be more than happy to learn some other skills.

Why do you want to Join Samaritans: I have seen the contributions that your group has put out, and I'm impressed. I'd love to be part of the movement! You're all ready and willing to help, and that's what I'm all about!

Give us one primary reason on whose basis we should accept you: I won't let you down.

Any other disclosure you want to inform us of: Not much else to say. If you'd like to look at my past contributions in the RAT Section, check my threads and sort by views or replies.

I applied in the last recruitment round, but it seems I didn't make it. This was my application:
