Go to the deal dispute section and check the thread right at the top.
If there is no contract, what do u expect?
The user won't be closed due to no contract, all we can do is avoid this scammer.

All jokes aside I feel for you as I lost money on HF before Contracts were a thing and unfortunately the person got away with it. Best of luck.
