Deal was my PP for his BTC.

Now the user keeps delaying sending of bitcoins due to "wallet issues" and says he can't refund a payment either.
Waited 20 min, told me to wait another 30. After 30 mins passed by, told me to wait 6 hours. At this point, this is so sketchy I had to do a dd.
This will be open until the situation is resolved.

You can chargeback the paypal payment since he is a broke boy and wont send you your btc.

It will probably go that direction if I don't see either btc in my wallet or PayPal balance back in check, when I wake up.

That's pretty sketchy. Hopefully, you receive the funds. I don't see how it takes 6 hours for wallet issues

And yes, he's talking about the HF dispute. Weird thinking pattern I must add.
It’s kind of weird he’s saying the btc will be sent once dispute is closed, but if you close the dispute he’ll just continue stalling and wont send the btc

Badly for him, it's not how it works. If he truly has btc laying around he better send them my way if he wants dispute to be closed. He might be purely acting out of ego in this case. But worry not, I'll break it for him. I'll set him free 😏. Option B is that he doesn't have btc and simply wants to scam few more people.
IP changes recently. Possibly stolen or sold account on Sept 11 when IP changed and he activated Gauth.
His account is now closed.

I was also charged back by him earlier today for $550.
We did an exchange, everything went smooth, then there was an automatic reversal. It must be OP's chargeback that caused an automatic reversal on the funds that were sent to me LOL.
Well RIP to me I guess 👍 At least now I don't have to open up a deal dispute. Looks like he was already taken care of!
