1. Everyday via Sportsbet, weather its sports, baccarat, ultimate hold'em, blackjack and maybe a few slots.
2. Daily roughly 30-100$
3. Sports > BlackJack > Ultimate Hold'em > Baccarat > Slots in that order
4. Good Customer support and honest/trustworthy sites with good incentives. (I.E. most casinos will comp you a free room or a few drinks, online those variables are completely removed and I often find myself with a lousy 10 spins or a free bet of 10$ regardless if I spend 30$ or if I spend 3,000)

A: I think instant conversions of different coins is much needed. For example, someone should be able to send several different curriences to a service provider and receive whatever currency they'd like that is supported in return. Gambling on the outcome of real-world events outside of sports would also be interesting to see.
