I didn't know it was an impersonator at the time since me and Bear had talked earlier in the evening about an exchange via PM, so I thought it was just him adding me to talk more. Luckily I do everything through the contract system and the real Bear didn't accept it so I never sent anything.
Again, at the time, this was made to look like Bear, not me.

I checked the Skype profile again today and he has copied my HF picture and put my thread name as his bio

Again:
1. The Skype " apexofficial_ " IS A SCAMMER, DO NOT DEAL
2. My real Skype is " live:iamsoftbutfirm " which is also on my exchange thread
3. I use Skype for faster and easier communication. Even if we are talking on Skype, I always use a contract and encourage PM verification as well.
4. If somebody adds you and wants you to exchange without a contract, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. They are probably trying to scam you.
5. Always confirm a users identity by making a contract with them and waiting for them to accept. Also, send them a PM on here with a secret random code like "H8KHT5D4" and ask them to copy the code into the Skype chat to verify they are the account owner.
