I have an aspx shell on a windows website, but I do not have root access.

Can anyone teach me how to get root access?

You should use a both tools like Mimikatz, windows-privesc-check (from pentestmonkey) and manual checks. At the end of the process you shoul have a listo of:
- interesting readable/writable files
- user list
- sam backup file if readable
- programmed tasks/events

Run some RAT on the box. First check for antivirus then run the RAT or hvnc.
