I'm looking to access an email account(let's call it Account #1) but can't due to 2fa. However, I do have access to an account(Account #2) where Account #1's email is forwarded to. Therefore, I can get any future emails but can't access past ones from Account #1. Is there a way I can use Account #2 to Access Account #1(or at least historic emails from it).

Can I first ask what the point of this is? Is there a specific thing in the past that you can't obtain in the future?
F2A is pretty rough to bypass (as far as I know there isn't a way to bypass it so by pretty rough I mean impossible. TLDR, if you don't have access to the phone or whatever the F2A is going to, then I would recommend just standing by and waiting patiently for more of whatever it is you are trying to get.

I recently created an alumni account from my university and found that emails sent to my original school email get forwarded to my alumni account. I would like to get access to my original school email and migrate all past emails to the alumni account in addition to getting future ones forwarded. Talked to university IT and there is a routine way to migrate those emails to my alumni account but it requires being able to access the original school email which I can't do since it's been over 2 years since I graduated and I no longer have access to the device used for 2FA(still have the password though). IT people said there is another way to bypass 2FA if I can provide a number that was printed above the barcode on my university ID(this is different from the regular ID number I used almost every day and still remember). I no longer have this number and therefore seem to be locked out of the account unless there's a workaround
