Buy gaming monitor to replace my current monitor

Will I regret if I buy 27inch 2560x1440 165hz to replace my current monitor - Samsung ultra wide curved monitor 60hz 3440x1440? At the moment, my graphic card is 1080.

Only asking cos of the monitor screen from 34inch ultra wide curved to 27inch but 165hz is actually pretty impressive! (from 60hz to 165hz)

We have no way of answering a question based strictly on your own personal preferences. Personally I'd just get another monitor and not downsize.

Yeah, I think I'm going to buy Predator X34P because I don't want to downsize. 120hz is plenty.

I bought this monitor for gaming after using 60Hz monitors:

So much better with the higher refresh rate.
I only do deals onsite through PM's/Contracts.
I do not use Discord, or Skype, or talk to members offsite whatsoever.

What's up mate...
When it comes to buying monitor there are a lot of things you have to consider such as refresh rates, pixel response times, contrast ratios, color gamut, etc. From what you've mentioned your old monitor (3440x1440) would be better for online competitive games such as WoW while the one you are looking to buy might be better for new games that have high requirements. While browsing in the net for a solution(for my monitor) I stumbled on this article, it really helped when I was buying my monitor.
