My neighbour needs to get a payback. He is ticking on the wall because i am playing my piano at 0803 Pm. i never ever play after 0900 Pm because the noise. The fact he gets to tick is the limit for me.
I am really mad at this man. He doenst even speak to me about it. I would be willing to make agreement with him, seems normal to me to do this.
Can somebody help me to pay him? He has a website for his company and i feel like giving him a email bomb sms bomb whatsapp bomb or maybe ddosing him. I am wiling to pay for this.
What are my options?

I would suggest contacting local authorities instead of trying to recruit us for your own personal army.

Research your municipalities laws regarding excessive noise past a certain time. Play loudly until you legally can't.

So you play your piano and he what throws a ball at the wall, I kinda don't get what the big deal is here. I am sure he doesn't care for it much like you don't care for his "ticking" on the wall. What if the guy is a drum player, perhaps you guys can practice together or something, honestly you all should resolve this through words. This to me at least doesn't like require anything more than a discussion, start it off by perhaps PAYING for a pizza for the guy perhaps a note " I know my piano playing may not be the best but I hope it doesn't bother you if it does let me know."
It goes a long way to be good to one another.
