Black Hat Fake Vouches uid=3924584

User Black Hat pm'd me and some other uses asking for and offering fake vouches. I would recommend staying away from any seller that participates in things like these.

It's not a violation of any market place rule, however it's extremely unethical and sketchy. Thank you OP for the announcement.
So sad to see people doing this

Sadly it isn't yeah, would just be too hard to enforce but I just want to make sure people are aware before purchasing his product that all of his vouches are probably fake.

"I'm happy to JUST drop a vouch" then people would think this is legit and buy the product that apparently wasn't reviewed

It was very clear that he wanted me to vouch for his product without seeing it, shady and likely a sign of a bad product

Even if there were a rule in place regarding it, I doubt it would stop those that actively engage in this from continuing to do so.

Well most rules dont stop people from doing anything ever but it would be nice in cases like this where its apparent

Oh I see let's make two threads regarding this even though I already explained myself in Playboys thread.

I would not of vouched on anything that I didn't believe to be true but you two seemed like genuine people hence why I asked you in the first place. But whatever my product is selling well 4 sales so far and no complaints I even got a bonus for spending extra time helping some guy set his script up because his CLI was having problems with executing python commands.

So before you run my name through the dirt you could have tried speaking with me, I messaged you in good faith, not to deceive people but only to bolster sales to people as a market strategy I'm sorry if you received it negatively but I never expected you to take my message in poor taste.

And if someone could link me to something that says explicitly that asking for a vouch is against the rules or general forum etiquette I would appreciate it because I couldn't find anything in the Help Docs, rules section or through multiples attempts using the search feature.

Maybe asking for a vouch is just a grey area I wasn't aware of I regret asking now and I won't do it again and if you would delete this thread I would appreciate it.

There isn't one fake vouch on any of my threads, I've made a total of 3 sales
