Hi guys, my account Kareem was basically only signed in on one device since I had lost access to the authenticator app a few months ago. Last weekend I opened HF on my pc and realized it got signed out somehow. I was wondering is there any other way for me to be able to regain access to my account if I lost 2FA? Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately the staff no longer does account recovery so I think you’re out of luck.

I doubt you will get your account back sadly. They no longer support the recovery of accounts.

This is a big fear of mine re: my HF account.

All you have to do is keep a backup of the key. Authy does it but you can just write down the key somewhere too. If you value your HF account then you'll value the security of the credentials.

I prefer Authy for my 2FA as you’re able to easily transfer your Authy account to other phones.
