In my relatively short time here I have seen multiple scammers using the https://hackforums.net/forumdisplay.php?fid=48 section to scam new members.
In the past couple of months I have tried to help get rid of these scammers. But every time an account get's closed down, they register a new account or use a dormant account to come back and post free hacking services again.
I want staff to consider disallowing any form of "free hacking services" from the https://hackforums.net/forumdisplay.php?fid=48 section and only allow individual requests there. This will majorly throw off scammers and the way they operate in that section. I find when victims message me after they've been scammed they mainly mention they looked for help in the free https://hackforums.net/forumdisplay.php?fid=48 section.
I have been trying my hardest to alert new users in that section but when proof is posted, people blindly comment and it get's pushed back so the warnings are on first page which lets admit, not everyone goes back and reads.
When someone posts a new "free hacking service" it immediately attracts new and unsuspecting members. What's considered a free service turns into a paid one which many users get stung. Most of the users using the section do not know about contracts (although they should read the Help Docs) but disallowing any form of "free hacking service" inside the https://hackforums.net/forumdisplay.php?fid=48 section since it could really lower amount of new members being scammed, damage limitation.
Although I'm also new to this forum but one thing I have clear in mind is to be aware of scammers.
The point highlighted by OP is absolutely correct but it wouldn't be appropriate to implement. The other way this can be tackled is to use that service and if the user asks for any money even after putting a "Free Service" in their title, he should be warned.

The reason I suggested for "Free hacking services" to be disallowed is because a majority of new members get scammed and don't come back or report it or if they do report it they haven't followed site rules to use contracts so no solution is offered. If a new user gets scammed and becomes disheartened after being scammed, leaves the site because they are so disappointed and ashamed of being scammed without warning anyone or the community which is very common... How can the original poster of the free service thread be warned?

or dont allow non upgraded members to post in that section puts an end to it real ez

Yeah I understand your concern completely but not allowing site members to help others for free isn't a complete solution.
I think Omni has mentioned to open a contract if they are availing any service even though it's free. If they can't even read the Help Docs they receive through PM when registering here they are deem to get scammed.
Another solution for such activity to be stopped is to place a sticky mentioning if anyone want to avail even a free service please open a contract, to prevent newbies from getting scammed.
This is my opinion. I may be wrong about it.

This is my opinion. I may be wrong about it. like a scammer is gonna go ahead and open a contract.. its just users being unaware of how site works as when you sign up there should be a page that you need to read and checkmark each box about the contract system as all i see is users saying they didnt know there was a contract system as its not like it forced to use at all. users can still deal here via pm and totally skip contracts. as the pm u get when signing up is pretty useless as just gives a link to a long page of docs. no users including yourself is actually gonna spend 30 plus mins reading all of that. users skim read the pm and click hf logo and start browsing or post a thread for what they came here for. the flaw tbh is in the docs as you have to simplify it. as great as it would be for users to read the whole docs its just not happening.

You seem to misunderstand what I'm talking about. I am not looking to remove the hacking requests section. I am asking staff to remove the "Free hacking services" which users put on the https://hackforums.net/forumdisplay.php?fid=48 page. What I'm trying to say is that inside the https://hackforums.net/forumdisplay.php?fid=48 current and new users should not be allowed to post a thread offering a "free hacking service".
Services like these:
0x0x0: https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=5967489
尺ム乙⊕尺™: https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=5965750
V3N0M aka HEADBANGA: https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=5902131
Loopy-Hacks: https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=5926873
These services should permanently be disallowed on this forum to reduce the harm to new users.

If a scammer is not willing to open a contract at first place he wouldn't even post a thread considering it would be a necessity.

Now now ladies there's no reason to argue.
Scammers will avoid using contracts which new members do not know about since most of them do not take the time to read the Help Docs.

I have read your thread carefully and know you didn't mentioned of removing the section. I nowhere mentioned the same. I don't know why you assumed that.
I don't want to drag this further. But in my opinion it isn't a best solution to stop guys who actually want to help others for free just because of some shit scammers.
There can be other solutions to this problem but the one suggested by you isn't the best solution for sure. Again this is my opinion and I completely respect your concern for newbies.

Yup exactly what i said. the docs are way to long and mostly nonsense. all users need to know is about contracts at the top as if you asked new members why they didnt use contracts. more then not gonna say wasnt aware they existed as think if you join the forum. never saw this forum before. you sign up. see pm from admin. are you gonna know how to use contracts. absolutely not. as the pm asks members to read a long page that they have no time to nor care to do then asks you to post an introduction.

The point here is not to stop people helping new members. If a new member posts in the https://hackforums.net/forumdisplay.php?fid=48 section users still have the choice of messaging them.
The point of this is to stop allowing any scammers to repeat their method of attracting victims with these "free hacking requests". This isn't going to eliminate scamming at all but it's an attempt to reduce numbers of victims in this section.
