Bitcoin's $20k price was done by market manipulation.

This was talked a lot back after the bubble happened but we may now have evidence of this.
Tether has confirmed that they have used money from their reserve to buy Bitcoin.
We can make a very likely estimate that they have used the Tether reserve to artificially inflate Bitcoin during the $20k peak in 2017.

If that's true, well some people got really a good profit out of this manipulation
I'm waiting for the next one :D

That's also my thesis about the whole bitcoin situation popping up. However we can never be sure about anything . Best thing we can do it wait it out and see for ourselves.

Hahaha exactly. Bring it on. It could be due to market manipulation since there was a great room for profit and obviously those who manipulated it gained insane amounts.

You mean, that 2.9b$ of thether market cap, could buy out 323b$ worthy of pump? (Assuming we calculate the difference between 8k btc market cap with 17m supply vs 19k btc market cape difference)
SHUT UP ABOUT BITCOIN

Wanting to appear smart is your biggest learning impediment. Until you've spent many months obsessively & silently studying bitcoin, you don't have anything important to say about it.

The Broker,
Lots of manipulation and then the fomo buyers really helped. I need some more time to build up my stockpile before a run so I’m hoping the next manipulation pump will hold off a bit haha
I'm not surprised at all that Tether used its reserves. If you have a lot of value in crypto, why not use it to make it worth even more

All I can say is I hope they do it again LOL

BUT... this time we should have some huge BTC balance in there 🤗

It was manipulated way before that.
could be..

I honestly think it had to do (at least partly) with all of the ponzi's that were around in 2017.. . bitconnect, etc.. it brought a lot of people who would have never even thought about buying bitcoin into the market.. . and if you look at the rise - in coincides with all of this and the fall also coincides with the falling of bitconnect and others.. .

All these people bought in in search of quick riches... then they left the market.. pretty quickly
Yeah... duh. Old news that people think is new because it was finally "confirmed." Anyone watching the market already knew this.
If we talk about manipulation, the fact stock has a manipulation price too. You can search in "manipulation stock price in history" you can find how the manipulation price was made before. After the whale capital entered into the crypto-pool they need something dramatically. If we called it's a conspiracy, that's a true conspiracy. Just dive into the pool and make some profit for that. Buy more crypto while it cheaper, I find veil coin, that is still cheap compared to the technology it has. I think veil is like a "black diamond". let's see.
This thread kinda makes me laugh. Pretty much all markets are manipulated. Reminds me of this image [Image: MGBkjVE.jpg]
