Would this be a realistic goal?

So I decided that instead of making my goal to catch up to those who started younger at hacking, I want to set a more realistic goal.

My goal is to be optimally good at:

web hacking
Browser hacking
Mobile app hacking
WiFi hacking
Server hacking
Python hacking
C/C++ hacking
OS exploitation or cryptography or other reverse engineering (one of the three)

Is that a realistic goal or should I drop one of those goals or replace a goal.
You should pick something and start learning rather than making this thread.
EDIT: half of the things in your list make little sense.

And what's your timeframe to learn these?
I wouldn’t focus on hacking first. Just learn the programming languages which are beginner friendly like python, html and javascript (I recommend python). c++ is not an easy language to learn when you are just starting with these things man.
There a great Threads regarding routes to learn what you described: MEGAHACKING - EVERYTHING you need to know to become a HACKER. and [TUT] How to Become a Professional Penetration Tester
Please Read before creating a Technical Thread
CyberStrike hope to see you around somewhen again
If you want to learn some C# and make a few projects with me PM me. I can also teach you nmap, how to use most exploits, SQL injection and some other things.

although i'm not op, i would be down for this... pm'd
if you put enough effort on it, that would be possible!
Start with one thing at a time and make the one you do first and afterwards a priority.

I recommend learning a programming language. Java is very good to start with. If you have the patience, begin learning languages and it automatically build the knowledge you need to move onto the next hardest thing someone with that specific knowledge could do.

Someone who knows Python isn't going to be able to achieve the same thing as someone who knows only how to do Blackhat SEO or something based off of simple SEO related techniques but both can feed off of each other if you understand what I mean and this goes for all languages and operating systems and etc.

But the key is to not get overwhelmed with multiple things at once and get to an intermediate level with one thing and then move onto the next best possible category that will help you advance your goals.
Any goal is possible. You can do it and i have faith in you.

He wanted to compete with people that started to learn programming at age 8 and over time got into hacking and is good at it. i told him it's impossible because you cannot get the same experience in less time he kept asking me for shortcuts.

finally gave up but now is asking again the same question in a different way. he wants to be the best hacker of all time after this summer. he wants to just learn everything this summer before classes start up again or something.

Again I  told him this before it's a wrong attitude. Just pick one think and learn by reading books and tutorials online and doing small projects.

No I am not asking the same thing. They say it’s better to have a realistic goal than have a second grade goal like “catch up to those who started younger.” You are making what I am saying into something I am not.

Wtf!?
