We have altered the contract process to include the option to cancel active contracts. This requires BOTH parties involved to cancel the contract otherwise it will continue on as normal.

When the first party initiates the contract cancellation then the second party will receive a PM from Help Bot informing them. Once the second party marks the contract as cancelled then it will be finalized as an "Invalid" contract.

Key Points:
- Both parties must cancel the contract.
- This only applies to "Active" contracts.
- The contract can NOT be reopened.

I have an active contract with a member, we had a successful deal but he did not mark the contract as complete and he has not logged into HF since. Will this contract just stay open forever intill he marks it as complete?

It will expire at one point and be invalid/expired (one of those two not sure). And the b ratings will be removed. Those guys are the worst if you ask me. x)

If the buyer cancels the contract without notice And just decides they do not want the product anymore even though it was complete to their specifications. Am I wrong to not cancel the contract on my side? What's the deal about that situation, Can see that being an issue for sellers.
