So I've been researching how to make a Neural Network in C# but cant seem to find any good sources. I don't want to go to StackOverflow and ask since they can be assholes so I figured id ask here.

Well you've researched about it, you're not asking what you need exactly.

What I'm getting from this is that you want someone to lend you a project that's already done.. well sorry bud. Your best bet is learn how ML.NET works and start from there.

But again, if you are looking for a project that's already done just go to ML.NET Samples!
