[Mutiny]

Hi all,

I went to boot my iPhone 6 plus and the apple logo shows up like normal, vibrates twice and makes the home screen sound then turns off and does it all again. It used to boot out of this but it's been doing it for the past 20 minutes and hasn't gone to the home screen yet. It's on IOS 11.3 and I really don't want to update it to IOS 12.4. Is there a way to back it up or the software version while in DFU mode, update it then restore it back to 11.3?
