I'm looking for the actual IP address (not from header) of user that hacked an old Yahoo email account I had. The person that got into my account was able to change my password and use it to have my mobile number ported to a new device he controlled.
I have taken back control of my Yahoo and Verizon account and 2FA, but now I just want to know who did it. The person walked into a Verizon store and with just my SSN was able to get a new mobile with my phone number ported to new device. I spent hours on the phone with Yahoo and Verizon sorting this out but they will not share with me the details of which Verizon store where the person got a new phone on my account.
Is there someone here that is familiar with tools that can tell me the real IP address that was used to login to my Yahoo account? Under the activity category of my Yahoo account the person deleted there device information of login.
Of course I will pay for help and remuneration is commensurate to the task.
