Hello there.
Come follow my journey making my new home raise 350,000$, or more. I am a 21 years old boy, whos young and dumb. Lets spend thousands of hours making this come true.
House was bought for 355,000$
House price NOW: 445,000$
Profit made: 100,000$
Project number #1.
This project was a big ONE. I totaly renovated half part of my basement, to make rental part. The whole reason for this, was so I can cover monstly mortage costs. So that pays down itself. This was a project which I worked for over 2 months (Evening, after my fulltime job.) I was working really effectivce, and things was going really smoothless.

Hey yea, forgot to mention.
I bought this from my parrents for a price of 355,000$ which it was worth that time. So I managed to make this appartment while living here with my parrents, which was perfect. So after appartment was finished, I got a new price from a real estate company. Then the price was 455,000$.
Thanks man, cant wait for more upgrades.. 🤝
Damn that new apartment looks very clean and nice. Congratulations, you have some talent. A year and a half ago Steve and I partly renovated our basement. Nowhere near the depth that you had as we only did a single room plus our construction skills aren't perfect, but good enough.
