So basically, when receiving Amazon eGiftcards I cash them out by purchasing things from Amazon via Purse and getting BTC in return.
However when I login to my email, I have requests for refunds I never made, making me feel like someone is doing this on my behalf.

Yeah someone hacked your account and is trying to get your balance refunded so they can use it. Change your pw and add 2 factor auth.
