Start Contract
Hi, youre not accepting btc, will you accept btc in contract?
(Dec 3, 2019 10:18 PM)Accord Wrote:  Hi, youre not accepting btc, will you accept btc in contract?

Yes, bitcoin is accepted via contract when contacting me, as well as through coinpayments on our website. We accept many different cryptocurrencies through them, not just bitcoin.

I have purchased a web hosting and domain, it's working great and got the SSL in no time. Nice support and friendly. I highly recommended this hosting!
I'm Stanley HF's helper bot. This OP (original poster) of this thread wants everyone to see this page and has elected to bump it to the top of the showthread listing. Since HF doesn't want a ton of LQP (Low Quality Posts) this is the best method of bumping your content. There is a small βyte fee for each bump. Any OP can bump any of their threads on HF from the linked icon on the top of their first post.

If you haven't already read the first post of this thread we encourage you to do so.

Thanks,
Stanley

Unfortunately I'm not able to start a contract with you due to a breach in policy which has caused you to not be able to accept any new contracts. This is unfortunate.

You are able to do so now or you can order straight from our website by clicking the thread.
My hosting account was terminated without warning. What gives? I lost a lot of data.

Please message me. The only reason it would be suspended is if your doing illegal activity or something against our tos. And generally, we don't just terminate it, we suspend it first.

Edit: After looking into it, you were suspended for multiple reasons, the main being you generated 1.22TB of files within the short span of having an account with us, likely trying to incapacitate the server. This is heavily against our tos as you are abusing the hard disk space provided. You were originally contacted but not suspended due to providing fake client information upon registration but the disk space is what automatically suspended you.

Actually, Can you provide a better reason? You claim to offer unlimited hosting. if the customer was on the Unlimited Plan what is the issue? If he isn't then OP sorry, however, he could be potentially backing up his files for clients/or services. So why is this an issue? HQIT claim to offer unlimited storage? He took advantage of that.

Anyways, GLWS.

I assume your friends with him and he told you to post here.
He was blatantly abusing it and he even admitted to it on discord.

While we do offer unlimited storage, just like places like google drive and their unlimited plan, there are still rules that need to be followed. The fact is he wasn't backing up his website files which would be allowed. As per https://hqithosting.net/terms.html which the user agreed to before completing their order,
it very specifically states Under "Prohibited Uses", "Any form of file hosting, file storage, cyberlocker, leeching or similar activity is prohibited". The unlimited storage is there for the website you have hosted.

Wooo you need to calm down with the hostility act.

I've never spoken with @BV1 ever. Not in a single PM or any other communication method.

"Any form of file hosting, file storage, cyberlocker, leeching or similar activity is prohibited" It's ironic, this was added just after, We had brought this up. I wish i grabbed a screenshot before (even tried archive.org) didn't work. Anyways. Yes, you may not believe me, but I am not that stupid to make a claim like this without checking the terms of services.

He has the right to upload any files he wants to his hosting services, as long it's not distributing or compromising your servers in away? So what is the actual issue? He overfilled your "unlimited" hosting.

Tl;dr.

You're even offering unlimited hosting on your website.

Yes, this over $0.01. However, I couldn't give a monkey about the 0.01$, If you want. I will cover his dispute fucking hell.

But you should learn something from this, You CANNOT offer unlimited hosting without someone trying to take the abuse of it. Well, I'm sure you will learn.

You and BV1 are obviously NOT new to hosting services. You know how things go, you know what "fair use" is and what the typical diskspace usage of a non malicious user is. I have 30 sites and I use less than 50 GB. It would be very hard for me to reach anything close to 1 TB. My hosting service offers me "unlimited" diskspace as well but I know that they expect a typical usage. This is what every hosting company does these days, they allow unlimited domains, unlimited diskspace etc because they know that typically users use less than 100 GB and have less than 50 domains.

You guys just harass this new seller.

Yes, you may be right. I've been around for years doing hosting and providing DDoS protection, but there are ways to set limits on accounts to prevent this. Of course OP I would advise this, however, OP may not know this, which also raises several other flags.

However, if you didn't know how to set this up already. Does this raise another question? Why should we trust you with our files? Maybe if OP or his team know about this. This would have been avoided. But so far it seems OP is new to the scene trying to raise a quick buck. What happens when a serious incident occurs Like hacking attempt and is successful, Is he going to just ban the user or help find the solution?. But my opinion. Yes, It's exactly what you say it's just another host claiming something that they cannot do.

A friends opinion;

HQIT, you are in the wrong with this dispute.
I saw your ToS before you updated it to add in "Any form of file hosting, file storage, cyberlocker, leeching or similar activity is prohibited".

As per what LiteDev's friend said, that goes for any website hosted on your service.

So why should anyone use your service?
Lmfao.

#1: I never updated my tos since the original has been made. Everything you currently see was also there prior to ANY client signing up.
#2: Even if I decided to change the tos, I have a legal right to do so.

I love how all of BV1's buds are trying to sales trash. So immature. And if I am in the wrong please explain other hosting providers who offer UNLIMITED storage? I bet you any amount of money if they notice you are abusing that, they will also suspend your ass.
