I'm not one to normally brag but as some of you may know I am quite obsessed with watches! I started a thread in April 2018 hoping to one day be able to afford a nice watch, and now I have done it! Anyone Like Watches?

No it couldn’t.

I need a 25% deposit for a buy to let property.

I’d also need to pay off my current mortgage.

The watch doesn’t depreciate either so I can get my money back at any time.

With an interest rate of around 3.5? Your math is way off.

If I need the money for different projects I can sell it for the same value.
